TMEA 2014 – Clinic: What to Expect When You’re Expecting Technology in Class
What to Expect When You’re Expecting Technology in Class
Music education has never been so exciting. Whether you have access to very little technology or have a classroom equipped with tablets, almost everything you do with technology should be simple. If your tools aren’t fun, simple, memorable, or beautiful, you won’t use them. In this seminar we hope to show you what we’ve done, with no budget, to create the experience we wanted. Everybody has their own styles as teachers, and we think the secret of technology is in finding your own voice rather than being absorbed into a format. We are teaching through an era of systematic changes.
